Working with the marketing team to manage the requirements of Moto Hospitality we help them to deliver their annual marketing plan through a range of projects across all brands within Moto.
We provide a fast, effective and reliable service for the Moto marketing team and its 53 Hospitality sites on a day to day basis. Caspa designs and delivers internal and external point of sale, including quarterly menu refresh, refitting the units using specialist teams to detailed specifications namely the rebrand of the Moto restaurants from ‘fresh express’ to Eat & drink Co in 2008 and the more recent EDC Caffe upgrade.
Caspa are also responsible for managing stock holding systems for Moto, including stock control using an on-line based ordering and invoicing system. This allows us to rapidly deal with the POS requirements of individual sites on a day to day basis.
